Prepare for Your Professional Path

Whether they're interested in a medical career or one in filmmaking or law, our graduates are known for their liberal arts thinking—the broad knowledge and exceptional ability to reason and communicate across disciplines.

At Emory, about a third of our students every year continue on to graduate or professional school after graduation. Our pre-professional advisers offer specialized pre-professional advising and assistance that spans all four years and targets a range of disciplines.

PreHealth Mentoring Office

Students interested in the health professions can take advantage of the PreHealth Mentoring Office, which offers counseling, workshops, and skill assessments for 19 most-asked-about health care professions.

Pre-Law Advising Office

Through a range of programs and services, the Pre-Law Advising Office educates students about pursuing legal career paths and the law school application process.

Graduate School Advising

Students interested in attending graduate school will find individual advising, workshops, networking events, on-campus recruiting, and more to guide them through the decision and application process.
